Four hours a day of typing becomes ten minutes of checking.
Business process automation for small teams — the routine work that eats your day, running by itself.
The work that's quietly eating your day
If any of this sounds familiar, it's worth automating:
- WhatsApp orders getting retyped into Excel or a billing system, one by one, every single day
- Invoices and bills arriving as PDFs and phone photos, then typed into Tally by hand
- A drawer full of documents that need reading, sorting, and filing — daily reality for CA firms, clinics, and legal offices
- Daily or weekly reports stitched together by hand from three different places
- Website, JustDial, and IndiaMART enquiries sitting unanswered because nobody's checking all three
- Stock counts that drift out of sync between the shop and the online listing
Your files don't have to leave your office
Automations that read documents — invoices, forms, contracts — can run on a model hosted on your own machine. Nothing gets uploaded to a third-party API, and nothing leaves your office. For a CA firm or a clinic handling client files, that's often the deciding factor.
What you get
If a workflow eventually needs its own interface instead of running quietly in the background, that's custom web app territory. If enquiries are piling up because your site doesn't route them anywhere, that starts with website design & development. This service covers the automation itself:
- A workflow mapped end to end before anything gets built
- Automation that runs on your existing setup, or a small server if the workflow needs one
- Written handover so your staff know what changed and how to check it's working
- Monitoring so a broken automation gets caught, not discovered a week later (Ongoing tier)
- Changes as your process changes, not a one-time script that breaks the first time something's different
What I won't automate
Anything that needs judgment on unusual cases stays with a person. A good automation handles the routine ninety percent and flags the rest for a human to look at — anyone promising it'll handle everything is going to hand you something that fails silently.
How it works
A call, free
Twenty minutes on what's eating time in your office, and whether automating it is actually worth doing.
A workflow audit
Half a day mapping what your team does by hand and what it's costing you. You get a plan either way.
Build, on your setup
The workflow gets automated end to end, tested against how your business actually works — not a generic template.
Handover and monitoring
A short walkthrough for your staff, plus monitoring so a break gets caught early, not a week later.
Pricing
Half a day mapping what your team does by hand, how many hours it costs, and which parts are worth automating first. You get a prioritised plan you can act on with or without me. Credited against a build if you go ahead.

Ask about OngoingSome automations need a small server to run on — roughly ₹500–1,500 a month. Others run fine on a machine you already have. I'll tell you which applies before quoting, not after.
Prices are for the work described. If your project doesn't fit a package, say what you need and I'll quote it.
For anyone who wants the detail: most of this runs on Python, with Celery handling scheduled and background jobs.
My one public case study so far is SEO work, not automation — see the weddingcreation.in breakdown for how I work, and ask about automation examples on a call.
Common questions
Do I have to stop using Tally / Excel / WhatsApp?
No — it reads what you already use and writes back into it.
Does my data leave my office?
Not for document-reading automations — those can run on a model hosted on your own machine. Nothing goes to a third-party API unless you want it to.
How long does one workflow take to build?
Usually one to three weeks, depending on how many systems it needs to talk to.
What happens if it breaks?
Ongoing plans include monitoring, so it gets caught and fixed, not discovered a week later. One-off builds get a short warranty window — we agree on that when we scope it.
Do you need access to my bank or payment accounts?
Only if the workflow specifically involves matching payments — and even then, read-only access is usually enough.
What if my process changes in six months?
Automations get updated as your business changes. That's what the Ongoing tier is for — a one-off build can also be revisited any time.

WhatsApp is fastest — most messages get a reply the same day. No forms that disappear into a void.
